From M4, Junction 11
From Junction 11 of the M4 take the A33 towards Basingstoke. After some 400 yards there is a roundabout. Take the third exit signposted Mortimer and Burghfield. After approximately another 400 yards turn right - signposted Pingewood and Hanover International Hotel. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles at which point it returns over the motorway. As you descend from the bridge turn right where you see the large sign for Green Park and Pingewood Business Estate. (If you reach the traffic lights you have gone about 20 yards too far!) Pingemead House is approximately 100 yards up this road on the left hand side. To gain access to Smallmead Gate drive up to the barrier and press the button to request access. Smallmead Gate is the white building on your left.

From the A33 Relief Road
Access from the A33 Relief Road is via Green Park. come onto Longwater Avenue, roundabout and until you see a white building on your right hand side. Turn right across the carriageway. Smallmead Gate is the white building on your right, to gain access to Pingemead House drive up to the barrier and press the button to request access. Pingemead House is the red brick building immediately on your right.
